On January 7th NJ Bill A880/S2400 will go back to the Assembly for a final concurance.  Basically for a few word changes.  The language was changed prior to going to the full Senate and now we just need the Assembly to agree with it.  Once they agree it will then be ready for Govenor Corzine to sign.  Once signed the task force has 30 days to form.  Were all excited and keeping our fingers crossed that Govenor Corzine will sign.  If signed we can probably have a task force assembled in Feb. 2010.
